Replacing handrails in an occupied home
Send photos of the existing rail, total linear feet and number of runs. We quote rail and wall-repair options, then install in phases around residents and staff, with corridors kept clear.
New construction
Installed to drawings and the 10 26 00 spec. Blocking locations confirmed before board, mounting heights to OBC/AODA and owner standards, shop drawings showing every termination.
