Who we are
GRIT has worked in Ontario institutional and commercial construction for over 10 years. We are a specialty trade, not a general contractor: we work under GCs on new construction and directly for facility owners on replacements and upgrades.
Our focus is buildings that take daily abuse and must stay clean and safe: long-term care homes, hospitals, schools and government buildings. Much of our work is done in occupied buildings, phased around residents, patients and staff.
